Delivery & Returns
Delivery costs are outlined at the checkout and dependent on the size and weight of the product ordered.
Up to 30kg delivery charge: €10
Orders over 30 kg will be arranged on a case by case basis.
Method of Delivery:
Orders will be delivered by courier or special arrangement to your chosen location.
Alternatively you can choose for local pick-up of your order, available from Newtownforbes Co. Longford.
Packages not received:
You will receive a track and trace link on dispatch to trace your order. If you have any issues email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
At The 5th Wheel Truckstyling we will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, should you decide to return products or need to return products please follow the procedures outlined below.
If you change your mind:
We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind. If you change your mind about your order, You can cancel it before delivery. Email us at email@example.com and we will refund you the purchase price and any additional delivery charges. Mark are you aware of the model cancellation form and how to set this up?
If you change your mind after receiving your product you can return it within 14 days once the original packaging is unopened and undamaged. We cannot accept return of items that have been personalised or customized for your order or items where for reasons of hygiene it would be unsuitable to accept returns. Neither can we accept the return of perishable items.
If you choose to exercise your right to withdraw from the sales agreement you must email The 5th Wheel Truckstyling at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 days and inform us of your decision to return the product and the reasons. We will email you to confirm that we are accepting your return and provide you with a return reference document which you should print and include with your returned article. It is then your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of your item to us. We recommend that you register your return as we cannot take responsibility or provide a refund for products not received. Upon receipt of the product in an unopened and undamaged condition, in the original packaging we will provide you with a refund via the method through which you paid for your product.
If your purchase is not in working order or is in an unsuitable condition:
At The 5th Wheel Truckstyling we go to great lengths to source high quality products that arrive to you in perfect condition, ready for use. In the unlikely event that a product is not fit for purpose or does not perform in the expected manner we will be happy to refund; replace or repair it as appropriate.
Please check all products immediately upon receipt of delivery to ensure you are satisfied with their condition. If there is an issue, we will need you to inform us immediately as we cannot accept this as a reasonable reason for return if it is not highlighted in the immediate timeframe after delivery.
The warranty’s attached to our products are outlined in the product description under each product. The warranty refers to expectation that the product should meet the standard that can be reasonably expected of such a product for a defined period of time after purchase. Warranty does not apply where goods are used for purposes other than their intended use. Goods may be returned if found to be faulty within the warranty timeframe. We reserve the right to test or inspect products upon receipt to verify any issues.
In the event that you need to return a product under these circumstances please follow the procedure outlined below.
Email The 5th Wheel Truckstyling at email@example.com within the appropriate timeframe and inform us of your decision to return the product and the reasons. Please include as much detail as possible including where appropriate photographs of the product. We will make contact with you to confirm acceptance of the return and arrange the next steps to be taken. Where the issue is accepted The 5th Wheel Truckstyling will ensure the product is replaced; repaired or refunded as appropriate in consultation with you the customer.
